Public Education
Home » Public Education
Our Public Education classes are free or low-cost for anyone 14 years old or older. They teach about many important things to help people stay mentally healthy. These classes teach useful skills to handle stress and difficult feelings, show people how to make good choices that keep them feeling happy and calm, bring people together to talk about mental health, give people tools to spot warning signs of trouble and know what to do, and remind everyone that asking for help is okay and that there are people ready to listen. While these classes won’t provide participants with a certificate, they give something even more valuable – the power to take charge of your own mind health! They’re like having a friend who knows lots about being mentally healthy, guiding you on your journey to feeling great. So come check out these sessions – your mind will thank you!
