Are you unsure about what supports you need?
Seeking help for mental health, substance use health, and/or addictions can be daunting. If you are unsure what programs or services are available to you, AccessMHA can assist you in finding the appropriate support.
AccessMHA offers a coordinated point of access for mental health, substance use health, and/or addictions supports. Through one referral, AccessMHA can help make sure that you’re put on the right lists to access services as quickly as possible. Go to www.AccessMHA.ca to get started today. After you fill out the online self-referral you choose a time for an AccessMHA staff member to call you and discuss your needs. After the call, you may be referred to one of AccessMHA’s partners (including our organization) for ongoing services, or staff may assist you with finding the right service from another local organization.
If you don’t have access to the internet, you can also call 1-833-527-8207 and a staff member will guide you through the process.
