Stress Management


In this session participants learn about stress – good and bad – and what it means for our functioning.  Topics will include discussion on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and positive psychology. The material will delve into an understanding on simple ways participants can practically apply concepts of CBT and positive psychology to their daily life as a way to manage feelings of low mood, stress and anxiety.  This will include information on how to access free, province wide CBT programming in Ontario.
