Mindfulness Self-Compassion Group
About: Mindfulness Self-Compassion Group provides powerful tools for coping with life challenges and enhancing emotional well-being. The group is co-designed and facilitated by the KL Mental Health Team and the City of Kawartha Lakes Family Health Team.
Frequency: 8-weeks in duration
Time: Every Monday starting September 30, 2024, from 1:00-3:30 pm.
Registration: Group members must be 16+ and an active client of CMHA HKPR and the CoKL Family Health Team.
