The Chloë Fund

The Chloë Fund was created by family members in loving memory of a young, local woman named Chloë. The Chloë fund supports individuals through the Canadian Mental Health Association Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge’s (CMHA HKPR’s) Lynx Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI) program. CMHA HKPR’s Lynx EPI program provides treatment and education services to young people aged 14-35 in the early stages of a psychotic illness.

With support from the Chloë Fund, CMHA HKPR’s Lynx team is able to reach out to youth who may not otherwise engage in services. Through peer support, outdoor activities, community outings and artistic projects, the Lynx team helps individuals to identify problems and begin working on a treatment plan to get their lives back on track and stay well.

Financial donations either personal or in memory of loved ones to the Chloë Fund are always much appreciated. Donations can be made directly on our website at www.cmhahkpr.ca/donate by selecting the ‘Chloë Fund.’ Cash or cheque donations can be mailed to 415 Water Street, Peterborough, ON, K9H 3L9. For donations over $20, you will receive a charitable tax receipt for your contribution.
