Who We Are:

A confidential, peer-led support group of individuals with lived and living experience in substance use, mental health, and recovery, offering drop-in and outreach services across Haliburton County — “people helping people.”

Services:

  • Peer support groups and one-on-one connections
  • Connections to health, housing, and employment services
  • Workshops on wellness and recovery
  • Safe drop-in space available
  • Naloxone access and training
  • Harm reduction supports
  • Empowering individuals to define wellness and recovery for themselves

Coming Full Circle (CFC) is a two-year initiative led by Point in Time Centre for Children, Youth and Parents, in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge (CMHA HKPR), the Haliburton County Connections Committee, and is funded by Canada’s Substance Use and Addictions Program (SUAP).

The CFC project is a collaborative community initiative aimed at enhancing mental health and substance use outreach, as well as harm reduction efforts.
