Help shape Coordinated Access across the area
Jun 21, 2018
In October 2016, the Central East LHIN appointed Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences (Ontario Shores) and Lakeridge Health as the partner leads for the development and implementation of a Mental Health and Addictions (MH&A) Strategy. These three organizations came together for a comprehensive review of the Central East LHIN MH&A system and services, which identified six recommendations for improvement. This review led to the development of the Regional Mental Health and Addictions Plan.
The first initiative is focusing on Coordinated Access. To ascertain input from individuals across the Central East region, you are invited to participate in the engagement process.
Through completing the following brief survey, your insights will be used to understand the current state and shape the future development of a Coordinated Access system. This survey is focused specifically on the perspective of Service Users and their Supporters utilizing Mental Health and Addictions services.
