Caregiver Stress
Home ยป Caregiver Stress
This presentation is for anyone who works with people in a caring profession. We will look at the general stress as well as compassion fatigue, secondary traumatic stress, vicarious trauma and burnout. Through both small and large group discussions, participants will start to identify their individual warning signs, ways to decrease stress and add to their resilience ‘bank accounts.’ Participants will also be provided with information about when, how and where to seek additional support.
