Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C

Standard First Aid and CPR Level C – A comprehensive 2 day course offering lifesaving first aid skills. The first day consists of self-directed online training modules that can take up to 8 hours to complete. This must be completed before entering the 7.5 hour in-class portion. 

This course covers cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) use for adults, children, and babies. Training practice attempts to prevent further suffering, protect life and promote recovery.

This certification course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards.

Courses offer skills for individuals needing training for the workplace or for those interested in having first aid skills so they can respond to emergencies at home.
