DBT Skills Group:
Do you find it hard to manage your emotional responses to life situations?
Do you often think that people do not care for you or understand you?
Do you want to understand and change things without making them worse?
Through the use of in-session discussion and home practice, the Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills group aims to help individuals learn and develop skills in the areas of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
