Clinic Overview
The Mental Health Walk-in Clinic provides individuals immediate access to a mental health professional who can assess your needs and connect you with the right CMHA program or other community services.
It is available to anyone over the age of sixteen not already connected to CMHA services who is ready to explore options for their mental health needs.
Please Note: The Mental Health Walk‑in Clinic does not have a medical component and therefore we are unable to issue medical notes, prescribe or manage medication, complete ODSP applications, or provide any psychiatric assessments.

The clinics are not for individuals who are in crisis.
