When we encounter conflict in the workplace, it can impact our performance and ability to cope. The Canadian Mental Health Association Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge’s Employment Support program is introducing a brand new workshop to explore the tools necessary to successfully navigate workplace conflict. This four-part series will address the following topics:
- Defining conflict and workplace conflict
- Setting boundaries in the workplace
- Development of effective communication skills
- Exploration of distress tolerance strategies
Join us for this four-part series at the Canadian Mental Health Association, Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge branch located at 466 George Street North, Peterborough. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. Workshop Dates: January 14th, 21st, 28th, and February 4th, 2020 from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m.
