The PHOENIX Day Program for Individuals with a Developmental Disability or Dual Diagnosis will provide a supportive skill building environment for adults who are living with a developmental disability or dual diagnosis through community, social, physical, nutrition and mental wellness activities.
Individuals are eligible for the PHOENIX Life Skills Program if:
- They are aged 18 or over (Note: there is no upper age limit).
- They are developmentally disabled as defined by the Services and Supports to Promote the Social Inclusion of Persons with Developmental Disabilities Act, 2008.
- They live within the City of Peterborough or Peterborough County.
