We have a session of Youth W.R.A.P. upcoming!
W.R.A.P. (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) is a self-management and recovery system developed by youth living with mental health concerns. When designing your W.R.A.P. you will incorporate what you do everyday, and plan your responses for when difficult things come up, this will help you to stay safe and in control of your life. It’s your plan to help you do what you want with your life.
Youth W.R.A.P. is designed to:
- make your life the way you want it to be
- choose and enjoy more of the things you want to do
- get through hard times that come with finishing school, finding work, and moving into new situations with family, home, and school
Dates: August 1, 2017 – September 19, 2017 Every Tuesday from 3:00pm – 4:00pm *The first and last
sessions (August 1 and September 19) will run from 3:00-4:30
