This eight-session, 12-hour, evidence-based mental health promotion course is designed to help people deal with everyday challenges and improve quality of life. Simple self-management skills are learned using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (C.B.T.) principles. The course is suitable for people of all ages – from youth to seniors.
